Work

Judge the work, not the pitch.

Packaging, edits and scripts are things you can see. Below is how we think, what we change, and what we send clients every month. Real case studies appear here as clients give permission.

How we judge an edit

We cut for the retention graph.

Every edit starts with the question: where do people leave? Then we move the payoff earlier, cut the throat-clearing, and add a pattern break before the next cliff. The chart shows a typical before and after.

  • 0:00 – 0:30 Show the result or the stakes. No "hey guys".
  • Every 40 – 60s A visual or structural change so the brain stays on.
  • Chapters Named so the viewer knows the next payoff is coming.
  • End screen One next video, not six.
