Why a minimum term

A month is a guess. Ninety days is evidence.

Weeks 1 – 4

We change the inputs

New packaging, a research-led calendar and a retention-first structure. The algorithm has not reacted yet. Judging results here is judging a seed.

Weeks 5 – 8

The early numbers move

Click-through rate and average view duration are the first to shift. They tell us which formats to keep and which to kill.

Weeks 9 – 13

We decide together

The day-90 review puts everything on one page: what worked, what didn't, and what the next term should look like. Then you decide.

Our commitments

What we commit to, in writing

We don't promise subscriber numbers. Nobody honest can. We promise the things we control, and we put them in the agreement.

  • No bots, no bought views

Everything is organic. Fake growth is a risk to your channel and we won't take it.

  • 30-day exit after the term

No lock-in beyond the initial plan. One month's notice and a clean handover.

  • All files are yours

Scripts, thumbnails, project files, research. Everything we make is handed over.

  • A named lead, max 6 channels

You know who is working on your channel, and they are not spread thin.

  • You own the channel

We work through YouTube permissions, never your password. Remove us any time.

  • Day-90 performance review

We sit down with the numbers and decide together what to change, keep or stop.

Founding channels

Three founding channels this quarter

We are a young agency with senior people. To build a public track record, we take three founding channels on Foundation at a reduced rate, in exchange for a permissioned case study at day 90. Honest trade, no catch.

What's included

Every service a channel needs, grouped the way we run them

FAQ

Questions people ask before they book

Who owns my channel and my content?

You do, always. We work through YouTube's channel permissions (Manager or Editor roles), never your password. Every script, thumbnail, project file and research document is yours, and you can remove our access at any time.

How long is the contract?

Plans run 3, 6 or 12 months. After the initial term you can leave with 30 days' notice and a clean handover. We ask for 90 days minimum because that is how long YouTube needs to show whether a new system works.

Do you guarantee subscribers or views?

No, and you should be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls the algorithm. We guarantee the work: deliverables, turnaround times, reporting, and a performance review at day 90 where we decide together what to change.

How long until I see results?

Foundations land in months 1 to 2. Early signals (click-through rate, retention) usually move in months 2 to 3. Compounding growth tends to start from month 4 to 6. Every channel is different and we will tell you honestly where yours stands.

Is my channel big enough?

If you have a clear niche and have published at least a handful of videos, yes. Under 1,000 subscribers we usually start with Foundation. If we think a plan is not the right spend for you yet, we will say so and point you to the free resources instead.

Who actually works on my channel?

A named strategist, editor and thumbnail designer. One strategist never handles more than six channels at a time, so you get real attention, not a ticket queue.

What do you need from me?

Channel access, a 30-minute call every week or two, and approvals within 48 hours. On Growth and Partner you can film only and we handle the rest.

Do you work in my niche?

We work across education, business, tech, finance, lifestyle and entertainment. If a niche needs expertise we don't have, we tell you before you pay.

How do you decide what videos to make?

Outlier research on channels like yours, search demand, your own audience data, and a kill rule: if an idea does not pass the packaging test (would someone click this?), it does not get made.

How do you report?

A short weekly update, a monthly dashboard with CTR, average view duration, retention, views and subscribers, and a monthly review call. Companies also get lead and pipeline attribution.

Can you also run Shorts, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn?

Yes. Short-form and other platforms are part of Growth and Partner, or available as add-ons. Long-form YouTube stays the priority because it is the asset that compounds.

What about revisions and approvals?

Unlimited revisions within the agreed brief. Thumbnails come back within 48 hours, edits within 5 working days. You always have the final say.

Do you buy views or use bots?

Never. It risks the channel and it does not work. Everything we do is organic, plus honest paid distribution if you choose it.

What happens if I want to stop?

After the initial term, 30 days' notice. You get a handover checklist, all files, and we remove our access. No hard feelings.

Will you use AI?

Where it helps: research, transcripts, first drafts. Where humans decide: strategy, thumbnails, final cut, anything your audience sees. We disclose it in the agreement.

Do you take a revenue share?

No. The retainer is the whole fee. If we broker a sponsorship for you, the commission is agreed in writing beforehand and shown separately.

Not sure which plan? Start with the audit.

The free audit tells you what the channel needs. If a plan fits, we show you which one and why. If it doesn't, we tell you that too.
