Privacy policy

This policy covers https://levelupvfx.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Forms: when you request an audit or book a call we store what you type: name, email, channel or website link, subscriber range, goal, budget range, notes, and your preferred contact method. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the call.
• Email: if you email us, we keep the thread.
• Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are visited and where forms are abandoned. Where required by law we ask for consent first.
• Booking: the booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. Their privacy policy applies to the booking itself.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
• We don't use your channel data for anything other than the audit or the plan you asked about.

Legal basis and retention

We process form data because you asked us to contact you (legitimate interest and pre-contract steps). We keep lead data for 12 months after our last contact, or for the life of the agreement plus the statutory period if you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@levelupvfx.com and we will do it within 30 days.

Cookies

This site works without cookies. Analytics scripts, if enabled, may set cookies; where consent is required you will see a banner first. The hero on the home page remembers whether you picked "YouTuber" or "company" using local storage on your device only.
