Agreement summary
Last updated October 2026 · PLACEHOLDER: have a lawyer review before go-live
This page explains, in plain English, what the services agreement says. The signed agreement is the legal document; this summary is here so there are no surprises. If anything here is unclear, ask before you sign.
1. You own everything
- Your channel, your accounts, your content. We work through YouTube permissions (Manager or Editor), never your password. You can remove our access at any time.
- Every script, thumbnail, project file, research document and report we produce for you is yours, during the plan and after it.
2. The term
- Plans have an initial term of 3, 6 or 12 months, counted from the start date in the agreement.
- After the initial term the plan continues month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
- Ending early inside the initial term is possible only by agreement, and the remaining fees for that term may still be due. We say this clearly because it is the one place people get surprised.
3. What we promise, and what we don't
- We promise the work: the deliverables listed for your plan, the turnaround times (thumbnails within 48 hours, long-form edits within 5 working days), weekly written updates, a monthly report and review call, and a day-90 performance review.
- We do not promise results: no subscriber numbers, no view counts, no revenue figures. Nobody controls YouTube's recommendations and we will not pretend to.
- We never buy views, subscribers or engagement, and we never use bots. Doing so would risk your channel.
4. Your part
- Give us the access we need, show up to the agreed calls, and approve or request changes within 48 hours so the schedule holds.
- Deliver the footage you agreed to deliver (on plans where you film).
- Make sure you have the rights to any material you give us.
5. Fees
- The monthly fee is fixed for the initial term and invoiced monthly in advance (quarterly or annual billing available on request).
- No revenue share. If we broker a sponsorship for you, any commission is agreed in writing beforehand and shown separately.
- Add-ons and extra videos are quoted before the work starts.
6. Leaving
- 30 days' notice after the initial term. We hand over all files, a written handover checklist, and remove our access.
- Nothing of yours stays only with us.
7. Confidentiality and data
- Your analytics, revenue and plans stay confidential. We only publish a case study with your written permission.
- Lead data you send through this site is handled as described in the privacy policy.
