These terms cover your use of this website. Client work is governed by the signed services agreement, summarised here.

Use of the site

• You may browse and share links to this site freely.
• Content, design, code and the levelupvfx name are ours or licensed to us. Don't copy them for commercial use without permission.
• Don't use the forms to send spam, abusive content, or material you don't have the rights to.

No guarantees on this site

Examples, sample numbers and illustrations on this site show how we work and what we measure. They are not a promise of results for any channel. Any numbers labelled "sample" are illustrative.

Free audit

The free audit is a courtesy. We cap how many we do each week. We may decline an audit if a channel is outside what we can usefully assess. The audit is yours to keep either way.

Third-party services

Booking is provided by Cal.com; WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Their terms apply to those services.

Liability

We provide the site as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site itself. Client services are covered by the agreement.
